Ejecto's refunds and returns policy?
If ever you need to make a return, please get in touch us before sending your package back. We'll only take back unworn items in their original packaging. Please contact email@example.com
You can get a full refund or exchange an item, for any reason, for an alternative product within 14 days of the original purchase. Items must be returned to us as new, with all original packaging and in a saleable condition*. If it just a change of mind please keep the EjectPack™ intact as these cost us. The cost of returning and making sure the product gets back to us safely falls with customer.
For refunds please allow 5 – 10 working days for the amount to appear in your bank account. This time frame is dictated by your bank or card issuer and is outside of our control. Your refund will be credited to the same card with which you made your original purchase. If for any reason this is not possible, (i.e. the card had been declined or has expired) we will send a cheque to your billing address. We refund all orders in sterling. If the exchange rate has changed since the date of the inital order we cannot be held responsible for this.
*Saleable condition - when trying on items of clothing, please ensure that you are not wearing perfume / aftershave or a deodorant which may leave a scent or marks on the item. Please also ensure that the environment is free of smoke and any strong odours such as food cooking etc. We will be unable to accept the return of any item where there is evidence that these instructions have not been followed. The item must be returned in its original packaging with any enclosed documentation. All tshirts are limited edition, every item of this product needs to be returned including collector discs and opened or unopened EjectPack™. Failure to do any this will result in the package being returned to the customer without exchange or refund.
We will not return products for incorrect washing, we have instructions printed on our tshirts. We will not accept returns that have been soiled, torn or damaged due to incorrect washing.
We do our best to depict our products as accurately as possible. Note that we can't guarantee that the colors of the products displayed on your monitor may not be exactly the same as in real life, as this depends entirely on your monitor.
We are not responsible for any items that are returned to us in error. We recommend you use a postal service that insures you for the value of the goods you are returning. Please send your returned goods to:
