How do I contact your customer services?

Please contact, one of our team of friendly 'Demons' will get back to you as soon as possible...we do get busy here so please be patient and we'll do our best to get to you within 1-2 days.

My order has not arrived what should I do?

To get updates on your order, track your EjectPacks™ or change or edit an order email :

If you haven't recieved your order within 2-5 working days then please email and we'll get back to you as soon as we can. Please be patient over busy holidays etc.

Very occasionally, packages do get lost in transit. If this happens and the error can be traced to us we will replace your order at no charge to you. However, if your package has been delivered to and signed for at the specified delivery address, we cannot be held responsible and will not replace the items.

How much do you charge for Delivery?

Unfortunately we can't offer free UK delivery at the moment, we are doing our best to make this possible in the very near future. All our deliveries are sent recorded Royal Mail delivery. And will need to be signed for on delivery.

Delivery is charged at £3.00 for smaller items, £4.00 for larger items such as tee's, sweaters and prints.

We now support international sales and shipping at the same rate as our uk shipping.

What happens if your EjectPack™ turns up faulty or damaged?

All our products are quality checked by our team of friendly 'Demons', we do our best to ensure all products are sent out and made to the highest standard...but in the unlikely event our 'Demons' have not sent out your product to our quality check, or your product is the wrong product please feel free to email with your transaction number, name, address and details of the product, reason for return/exchange and whether you require a refund or exhange, and we will contact you details.

For refunds please allow 5 - 10 working days for the amount to appear in your bank account. This time frame is dictated by your bank or card issuer and is outside of our control. Your refund will be credited to the same card with which you made your original purchase. If for any reason this is not possible, (i.e. the card had been declined or has expired) we will send a cheque to your billing address.

Is it safe to purchase online through

All our current transactions/purchases are made through paypals secure online payment methods. WHY PAYPAL? It's safer, it's faster and it's everywhere. Use PayPal to shop at thousands of web-sites, knowing that your financial details are never shared.

I can't find my size online?

All our products are highly limited edition, some sizes sell really quickly, in the event your size is not there the product is most possibly 'sold out'. Sometimes you may be lucky, please contact
